CUSTOMER SERVICE We have many more stones in stock than what is pictured on our website. Although we will be adding new stones regularly, if you don’t see what you are looking for, just call or email us with your request. We will check our inventory and get back to you usually within 24 hours.
GEMSTONE IDENTIFICATION CERTIFICATES accompany most gemstones.
SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED If for any reason the stone or jewelry item ordered is not what you wanted, return it within 10 days of shipment date in it’s original packing and condition, including original Gemstone Identification Certificate (missing Gemstone Identification Certificate will result in a $30.00 fee). A full refund, excluding shipping and insurance costs, will be issued.
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
1-Contact us either by phone at 949-887-1302 or email, firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2-All returns must be insured for the total value of the contents. The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the outside of the package.

Please note: Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, non-sealed, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show any signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All items must be returned with original tags in tact. All items kept past the original 10 day refund period will be considered final sale.
Ivey Design Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Once we receive your package we will check the merchandise to make sure all is in order. If all is in order we will issue a full credit to your account, excluding all shipping costs.
PRIVACY Our client’s privacy is very important. We guarantee that no information collected by us will be distributed.
SALES TAX will be charged on orders shipped within the State of California unless a copy of your Sellers Permit or Tax ID Certificate is provided. Also, please include Business Name, Address, Phone # and email.
FORMS of PAYMENT
For your convenience, Ivey Design Inc. accepts the following forms of payment:
VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Wire Transfers (instructions sent via email after order confirmation), Money Orders, and Personal Checks drawn on a U.S. Bank (order will ship after check clears). International Credit Cards are only accepted from selected countries.
Any and all laws in the state of California regarding the transaction with Ivey Design Inc. or its associates will take precedence.
Any litigation will take place in an Orange County, California court with California judges ruled with California state law.
All weights are approximate. This includes stones, metals, etc.
All qualities are approximate, due to the fact that color and clarity are subjective.
All attorneys’ fees will be the responsibility of the attorneys’ client and not that of Ivey Design Inc.
If a pricing error occurs on the website, we reserve the right to refuse orders.
